Your safety and fun are our priorities. Some parks and public facilities
require insurance from vendors. Please advise us if you will need our
proof of insurance and we will fax, email, mail, or have a copy ready
for you at our store.
Form of payments accepted:
Visa, Mastercard, checks are accepted. Credit card/ Debit card
deposits are required for a confirmed reservation and the remaining
balance can be paid by cash or credit card/debit card upon pick-up or
delivery.
Our Delivery Area
Our basic delivery area is Grand Traverse County, For any area
outside of these cities please call us for a quote or you can come to
our store for pick-up.
We Allow Customer Pick-ups!
To save you money we allow you to pick up the unit from our store.
This especially helps for our customers who live outside of our
delivery area. We will give you instructions on how to set it up. It may
seem a little tricky at first but many of our repeat customers pick our
units up for every party. We strongly recommend a truck or trailer
however most of the basic moonwalks may fit in a large suv as long as
the backseat row can fully fold. Customer pick-up is easiest if you are
able to drive right up to the location where the unit will be set up. If
not, then delivery is the best option if you are within our delivery area.

Safety Rules
All of our slides are designed to be used
with one child going down at a time,
feet-first. Adult supervision is required at
all times when using our inflatables. We
offer supervision at very affordable rates,
at it is highly recommended when renting
three or more units.
Please obey the rules, use common
sense, and injuries can be avoided!
Important rules for safe operation:
Always operate under adult supervision.
We recommend one of our trained
professionals for a nominal fee
Extra caution and supervision is required
for children ages three (3) and under
Never allow older kids to bounce with
children 3 and younger
Individuals with head, neck, back, or other
muscular-skeletal injuries or disabilities,
pregnant women, small infants, and others
who may be susceptible to injury from
falls, bumps, or bouncing are not
permitted in the unit at any time
No flips, somersaults, rough housing, or
extreme horseplay
Do not bounce or step near a doorway
Remove shoes, glasses, and jewelry
No sharp objects allowed inside moonwalk
Stay off netting at all times
Keep toddlers from putting netting in
mouth
Slides are designed for 2-3 kids. Maximum
at a time 1 going down the slide feet first,
1 waiting to go down, and 1 climbing the
stairs
No rocking of the slides or any other
inflatables
Do not exceed capacity guidelines of
inflatables
Separate groups of children according to
size and/or age
No "Silly String" allowed in or around
inflatables. Should "Silly String" come in
contact with the inflatable, it would cause
irreparable damage
No one allowed in moonwalk while being
inflated or deflated
In case of rain and/or lightening, or high
winds of 20mph or more, have children
exit moonwalk and turn off motor
In case of accidental power outage to unit,
have children exit moonwalk then check
for disconnection
Persons not following safety rules should
be excused from play immediately
