WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
The only way that Customers would be able to cancel your
reservation without penalty is in the event
of bad weather on the day of the event otherwise the 50% deposit
is NON-REFUNDABLE. Inflatables
are reserved on a first come first serve basis.
CAN I CHANGE THE DATE OF THE RESERVATION?
YES, Once You have made a reservation the date could be
changed if the equipment is available for
the newly requested date However a $5.00 paperwork fee would be
applied. Rates could increase if
the newly requested date falls on a Holiday. If a date change is
made due to weather conditions no
fee would be applied. Customers are required to give at least One
week notice of date changes.
WHAT IS YOUR WEATHER GUARANTEE?

give You

1. Postpone Or Re-Schedule the Event
2. Use Local church or Gym (Indoors)

THE SAFEST SURFACE IS A LEVEL GRASSY AREA. HOWEVER, WE
CAN SETUP ON CONCRETE,
ASPHALT, PARKING LOTS, ECT. PLEASE SPECIFY WHICH
SURFACE THE BOUNCER WILL BE
SETUP ON SO WE CAN PROVIDE THE APPROPRIATE ANCHORS
AND TARPS.

all times when using our inflatables. We
offer supervision at very affordable rates,
at it is highly recommended when renting
three or more units.
Please obey the rules, use common
sense, and injuries can be avoided!

Extra caution and supervision is required
for children ages three (3) and under
Never allow older kids to bounce with
children 3 and younger
Individuals with head, neck, back, or other
muscular-skeletal injuries or disabilities,
pregnant women, small infants, and others
who may be susceptible to injury from
falls, bumps, or bouncing are not
permitted in the unit at any time
No flips, somersaults, rough housing, or
extreme horseplay
Do not bounce or step near a doorway
Remove shoes, glasses, and jewelry
No sharp objects allowed inside moonwalk
Stay off netting at all times
Keep toddlers from putting netting in
mouth
Slides are designed for 2-3 kids. Maximum
at a time 1 going down the slide feet first,
1 waiting to go down, and 1 climbing the
stairs
No rocking of the slides or any other
inflatables
Do not exceed capacity guidelines of
inflatables
Separate groups of children according to
size and/or age
No "Silly String" allowed in or around
inflatables. Should "Silly String" come in
contact with the inflatable, it would cause
irreparable damage
No one allowed in moonwalk while being
inflated or deflated
In case of rain and/or lightening, or high
winds of 20mph or more, have children
exit moonwalk and turn off motor
In case of accidental power outage to unit,
have children exit moonwalk then check
for disconnection
